1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Fynal are digital goods (templates, digital assets, and related files) and are
delivered electronically.
Because of the nature of digital products:
- No returns are accepted once a product has been successfully delivered.
- No refunds are issued for delivered digital products.
2. Replacement Eligibility
In rare cases where a product is defective or not working as described, you may be eligible for a
replacement if:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide valid proof (screenshots, error messages, or clear explanation).
- The product has not been modified, redistributed, or misused.
3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
- Payment was successful but the order failed to process and could not be completed.
